Orders & Shipping

We currently ship to United Kingdom & Canada only. 

We offer free shipping on all orders. 
Photographs are printed locally, either in London (UK) or Montréal (Canada), to reduce our environmental footprint as well as ensuring timely deliveries. 

Usual timings 
Orders are typically processed and printed within 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect your parcel in around 5-10 business days depending on the destination*. You will receive a tracking number by email. 

*The Covid-19 situation and other external factors might cause delays in certain postal services which are out of our control.

Orders
Small prints are sent in premium rigid envelopes, and larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in tube boxes.

Every photograph is printed to order in the format you selected. Sales are final. However, if something has gone wrong with your order, or if your artwork was damaged upon delivery, please contact us at info@hereandthen.co and we will be in touch to help solve the situation.

Customs Duties
There are no customs duty costs for orders from our website as they are printed locally.
